FOOD SAFETY POLICY

SANTIAGO AGRISUPPLY SPA (SASPA), assumes as a fundamental pillar the commitment to food safety, quality, legality, authenticity, the culture of safety and the continuous improvement of its processes, creating, cultivating and implementing a management system based on the BRC world standard, where the management and all its personnel in charge are committed to giving guarantees to our clients of the satisfaction of their requirements.

 

The Policy is manifested through our commitment to:

 

  1. Achieve the satisfaction of our customers, meeting their requirements and expectations by carrying out all their technical specifications in terms of safety, quality, legality, and authenticity with the support of Senior Management

  2. Train and train our personnel, so that through their knowledge and understanding they contribute to the strengthening of a culture of safety and continuous improvement, through direct actions of Management that promote and encourage the Culture of Safety and permanent development of our staff.

  3. Advise and inspect our producers to ensure that the raw material meets the quality, safety and legal requirements applicable in our legislation and in the legislation of the destination markets.

  4. Make improvements in terms of infrastructure and sanitary environment of the plant, to meet the requirements of our standards and customers.

 

This policy must be known and complied with by all the people who carry out work inside our plant and it is mandatory to be aware of and comply with it.
