Food Safety Policy

SANTIAGO AGRISUPPLY SPA (SASPA) undertakes as its fundamental pillar the commitment with food security, quality, legality, authenticity, food safety culture and continuous improvement of its process. The commitment is taken through the creation, development and implementation of a management system based on the BRC Global Standard, in which Management and all the personnel in charge commit to guarantee our customers the compliance with their requirements.

Our Food Safety Policy is stated through our commitment with:

  1. Achieving our customers satisfaction by meeting their requirement and expectation fulfilling all their technical specifications in terms of safety, quality, legality, and authenticity supported by the Upper Management.

  2. Educating and training our personnel so that by means of their knowledge and understanding they could contribute to the enhancement of Food safety culture and continuous improvement. This is achieved through Management direct actions that promote Food Safety Culture and our personnel’s continuous development.

  3. Advising and inspecting our producers in order to ensure that all the raw material are in compliance with the quality, safety and legality requirements applicable in our legislation and the legislation of target markets.

  4. Improve the infrastructure and sanitary environment of the processing plant in order to meet our standards and customers’ requirement.


This policy must be known and executed by all the people working inside of the plant and its knowledge and compliance is mandatory.
